FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: new strain of bacterium Brevibacterium sp. RIA 2153 - a producer of L-lysine. Strain is prepared by selection of phage-resistant mutants of lysine-producer Brevibacterium sp. 90 following by selection of lysine-productive strains. New strain Brevibacterium sp. RIA 2153 provides preparing of lysine (90-115 g/l) on the media with different carbon sources. EFFECT: increased yield of lysine.
