FIELD: pulp-and-paper industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing cellulose fibers and films with special attention for manufacture of premix. Ground cellulose material is agitated in horizontal cylindrical mixing chamber with aqueous solution of amine oxide at elevated temperature. Chamber has longitudinal shaft with longitudinally spaced mixing members rotating about longitudinal axis at speed 40-80 rpm. Heads of mixing members rotate about this axis with peripheral speed 54-60 m/s. At least one grinding knife is mounted in chamber walls to rotate with speed superior to that of mixing members. Agitation proceeds until dispersion of cellulose in amine oxide solution is formed. EFFECT: increased uniformity of spinning solution. 11 cl, 7 dwg
