FIELD: motor road measuring instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: device is connected to transport vehicle. It has front wheels and rear load-bearing axle together with pairs of rear wheels. In addition, device incorporates carriage resting on highway surface by means of three supports. Deflection measuring facilities have two rotating sensing rods which are secured on carriage. Rear ends of rods are provided with rollers and are located on trajectories of forward movement of interaxle distances of each pair of rear wheels. Carriage moving means are connected with control means for release of carriage before each measuring cycle, and for moving it to front part of transport vehicle after each measuring cycle. Rear support of carriage is located behind rear axle at beginning of each measuring cycle. Device incorporates carriage control means which are intended for directing carriage depending on radius of turning of transport vehicle. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device ensures quick determination of deflection value, enhances accuracy of measurements. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 17 cl, 8 dwg
