TRAP FOR WHITE FLIES AND THRIPS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture and landscape gardening, in particular, plants control against insect pests in hothouses of vegetable-growing farms, holiday homes, sanatoria, medical establishments, botanical and household plots. SUBSTANCE: trap has flat paper base whose one end has colored coating of yellow color with colorimetric characteristic within wave length range from 571 to 586 nm and reflection factor up to 80%, while the other side has colored coating of blue color with colorimetric characteristic within wave length from 440 to 460 nm and reflection factor up to 75%. Applied successively to both colored coatings are spirit varnish and entomological colorness transparent adhesive. Varnish may be used in the form of varnish with 96-% hydrolytic alcohol applied in two layers. Adhesive is used in the form of LIPOFIKS adhesive.
