FIELD: plant growth stimulants. SUBSTANCE: foliage is sprinkled with aqueous solution containing at least 10 vol % of methanol or with solution additionally containing glycine or glycerophosphate increasing resistance of plant against drought and accelerating plant growth. According to invention, composition represents aqueous solution containing at least 10 vol % of methanol and nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition sources in quantity large enough to provide plants with nutrients, acceptable surfactant, and, optionally, iron source.
