FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves covering internal orifices of fistula with double layer collagen preparation. Preparation layer turned to mucosa is big cell sponge of 2-3 mm thickness. One facing muscular envelope is small cell sponge or film of 0.2-1 mm thickness. Cell or pore diameter is 20-30 mcm. Reabsorption time in tissue is 10-20 days. Plate size is 5-10 mm larger than internal fistula orifice diameter or one of purulent passage in muscular envelope of the rectum. EFFECT: prevented periproctitis recidivation. 4 dwg
