SUBSTANCE: method involves induction of protective immune response in mammal-host against Helicobacter infection by administration of urease or urease subunits from Helicobacter at effective amount as an antigen. For induction of protective immune response for Helicobacter infection vaccine is used. Vaccine has a polyaminoacid preparation as an antigen that is epitopes developing by urease that is endogenous for body. Estimation of an immune response in mammals infected with Helicobacter is carried out by antibodies assay in sample taken from gastroenteric tract reacting with epitopes developing by urease that is endogenous for Helicobacter.
