SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of indolocarbazoleimide of the general formula (I) where R1 and R2 - hydrogen, alkyl, cyanoalkyl, azidoalkyl and haloidalkyl, arylsulfonyloxyalkyl, aminoalkyl optionally mono- or disubstituted with alkyl at nitrogen atom and optionally substituted with hydroxyl at alkyl moiety. Two substituents at nitrogen atom in aminoalkyl-group together with nitrogen atom can form pyrrolidine ring, or mean residue of the formula (a) where n = 1-3; R11 and R12 - hydrogen, alkyl; R3-R10 - hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy-group, halide, hydroxyl, acyloxy-group, aminoalkyl, a mixture of their isomers and their salts. Synthesized compounds are highly active inhibitors of protein kinase C or kinase of light myosin chain, or agents that inhibit immune responses.
