FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel compounds of formula I, where R1 and R2 are each independently selected from a group consisting of H, Cl, Br, F and OCH3; R3 is independently selected from a group consisting of lower alkyl and cycloalkyl; and R4 is unsubstituted or substituted 5-6-member heteroaryl containing 1-2 heteroatoms selected from S and N, bonded through a carbon ring atom with adjacent amino group, with at least one nitrogen heteroatom, which is adjacent for bonding carbon ring atom, said substituted heteroaryl is independently substituted in a position different from position adjacent to said bonding carbon atom, halogen, lower alkyl, substituted with one or two hydroxyls, and ether, or to pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, as well as to a method of producing compounds of formula I, pharmaceutical composition based thereon.
EFFECT: use for treating diseases and metabolic disorders, such as, for example, type 2 diabetes mellitus.
