FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for building of pile foundations, construction of retaining walls, stabilization of slopes, creation of bases for flooring over ground. Device has striking unit with working member that functions as form-creator which is installed in forward part of striking unit and takes configuration of point-sharpened cylindrical body. This working member or form-creator is star-shaped in cross-section and its contour has alternating sections with concave and convex surfaces. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device ensures higher load-bearing capacity of pile being built with simultaneous reduction of power and concrete needed for working process and simplification of device and working procedure.
