FIELD: percussion action machines in mining and building. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic hammer with throttle air distribution includes body and working tool. Striker divides central duct by working-stroke and idle-stroke chambers. Sleeve is arranged in handle and it is provided with intermediate radial annular bead separating sleeve by accumulation and annular chambers. Inlet radial throttle passage of working-stroke chamber connects the last with annular air supply chamber. Inlet radial throttle passage of idle-stroke chamber is connected with lengthwise air conduit. Said passage and air conduit are made in wall for continuously joining idle-stroke and air supply chamber. Radial outlet ducts and slit air-catch ring with outlet passage form together with hammer body discharging flow-through chamber. Additional throttle actuating duct is provided in intermediate radial annular bead. Actuating duct provides constant mutual connection of accumulation chamber and annular air supply chamber for forming power impulse when striker is arranged in accumulation chamber.
