SHUTTERING PANEL WITH AT LEAST ONE POST OF V-SHAPED CROSS-SECTION Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: shuttering panel has posts which support it at side facing away from concrete. Also provided are edge bars which are approximately parallel to posts and are used for joining shuttering panels to each other. Posts are of V-shaped cross-section. Flanges of V-shaped profile are spread apart at angle from cross-member of V-shaped profile. Free ends of flanges at points where distance between them is maximal are provided with fixing flanges oriented away from each other for connection of sheeting of shuttering. For elongation of shuttering panel in direction of extending length of posts, corresponding post is made up of two components which can be replaced relative to each other in longitudinal direction and embracing each other in at least overlapping joint. Incline angles of flanges of V-shaped post are selected so that in case of positioning cross-members of V-shaped profiles adjacent to each other, open width between flanges of V-shaped profile on shuttering panel at internally located component of post through total width of fixing flanges directed away from each other is less than open width at externally located component of post on same place so that fixing flanges of both components of post are positioned adjacent to each other in common plane on flat shuttering panel.
