FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: shuttering panel is provided with side links made from flat blanks by pressing method. Blanks can be of aluminium, aluminium alloy or other light-weight metal. Links are of insignificant weight combined with high rigidity. Places of application of clamping action when installing such side links of adjacent shuttering panels with overlapping are located at some distance from sheeting of shuttering where side links are of continuous cross-section. Spaces located at both sides of places where clamping action is applied are not damaged by deformation under action of fastening clamps. Clamping force is applied to groove or trough. Clamp can be also used with side link made of flat material having central corrugation. Shuttering panels with aforesaid side links made of various materials can be used in combinations.
