FIELD: construction equipment. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for connection of shuttering boards having edged profiles in at least two sides facing each other. Cramp has carrying member and installed on it with possibility of turning are two clamping jaws and operating member for their turning. Clamping jaws by their end turned towards carrying member are connected with setting levers located at angle with respect to clamping jaws. Setting levers are directed towards each other and have points of force application from operating member. Operating member at distance from supports for turning of clamping jaws interacts with setting members. Operating member is made in the form of wedge located so that it can displace between points of force application of setting levers and edged profiles of boards. Inclined surface of wedge turned away from shuttering boards can interact with points of force application. Aforesaid embodiment of cramp ensures connection of shuttering boards without overloading.
