SUBSTANCE: device has unit which checks filling of coin storage and is located inside coin storage, unit, which checks filling of coin storage with new coins, unit which generates control signal for displaying selling malfunction condition, in cases when unit which checks filling of coin storage detects overfill of coin storage, and for generation of control signal for returning coins, which are inserted in vending machine. In addition device has display unit, which displays selling malfunction condition according control signal of checking unit, coin detector for returning coins which are entered into automatic vending machine according to coin returning output signal of checking unit.
