SUBSTANCE: device comprises a timer, monitoring unit for generation of control signal for recording in memory of time intervals of goods selling corresponding to each definite time counted off by the timer, and for generation of control signal of decrease of the time of operation of the internal electric loads of the automatic trade apparatus by comparing the time intervals of sales corresponding to the current time counted off by the timer with the preset quantity of time intervals of sales, as well as a memory for recording the time intervals of sales corresponding to each definite time counted off by the timer, and a start-up unit used to control and switch on the internal electric loads of the automatic trade apparatus by a control signal of the monitoring unit for the time of operation.
