SUBSTANCE: circuit transmitting videodata to display has demultiplexing circuit meant to demultiplex group of Y columns of multiplexed input signals of videodata into X groups from Y capacitors of excitation elements and control circuit intended to send voltage of preliminary charge to Y input lines of columns and to transmit videodata to Y input lines of columns later.
