FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: to overlap pathologic zone (fracture or false joint), two different-sized bone spongy cylindrical transplants are cut out by means of cylindrical cutter with undercutter in greater trochanter and distal and proximal parts of femur head. Both parts of transplant are extracted and placed again in bone of femur neck in reverse order. The device for method realization includes cylindrical cutter and Jiggly saw. Side surface of cylindrical cutter has two diametrically opposite grooves positioned along cylindrical axis of cutter, and slot spaced from cutting edge of cutter in its diametrical section.
