FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: 3-4-edged free cortical-spongious bone autograft is produced within a distal radial metaphysic from the same incision by means of a circular saw. The autograft is notched from the side, wherein its lateral dimension is greatest. The autograft is tightly inserted into a formed intraosseous canal. From the side, wherein the lateral dimension is smallest, pointed bone chips produced by taking, processing and inserting are introduced. After the wound is closed, a distraction osteosynthesis of the wrist joint is performed by means of Ilizarov's apparatus with positioning the patient's finger slightly retracted and flexed in fetlock and phalangeal joints with using a flexible hammock fixed to an external frame of the apparatus.
EFFECT: reducing the length of bone autograft reconstruction, preventing wrist joint contracture.
