FIELD: ophthalmosurgery. SUBSTANCE: free transplant of mucous lip with nonuniform thickness is utilized. Its basic mass is represented by full-thickness flap and edge destined for lining eyelid margin by cleft flap. Eyelid margin is freed of scary linkages and its free turning out. Transplant is laid on posterior injury surface of eyelid by its full-thickness parts. Cleft part is bend over posterior rib and laid on injury surface of intermarginal space. EFFECT: enabled complete epithelium coating of entire surface of eyelid margin and formation of rectangular marked posterior rib of eyelid. 4 dwg
