FIELD: long-range information transmission. SUBSTANCE: method involves receiving electromagnetic waves by means of phase-locked antenna array which elements are located on surface of living being for direct contact to acupuncture nervous junctions, preliminary measuring of sensitivity of living being to millimeter-band waves, and its encoding in this range. Information is transmitted using encoding system which coincides with system of preliminary encoding. In addition method involves synchronization of signals which arrive from different acupuncture junctions. Device has system of receiving microstrip millimeter-band antennas which belong to phase-locked antenna array of receiving units and are equipped with time delay gates and junction terminals to coaxial inputs which are connected to acupuncture nervous junctions of living being. Set of strip antennas form three-dimensional system for information storage and processing. EFFECT: increased sensitivity of system to millimeter-band electromagnetic signals, increased information capacity, exposition and its localization using direct transmission of irradiation or information signals to living being. 3 cl, 2 dwg
