FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to devices intended for breaking materials of cylindrical or tubular configuration and it can be used in chemical, food and other branches of industry in process of regeneration of waste. Crusher has cover and body which together create crushing chamber. Located coaxially at opposite sides of crushing chamber are inlet and outlet openings for material. Installed inside crushing chamber are two parallel horizontal shafts which carry alternately mounted toothed disk blades and spacer disks. Installed on crusher body is removable comb. Flat withdrawal members of this comb are alternated with spacers. Working face of each withdrawal member is made at acute angle with respect to its upper face. Internal face of spacer is shaped similarly to body. Inlet pipe connection is provided with sprayer. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
