FIELD: new classes of blacks and rubber mixes containing blacks. SUBSTANCE: offered carbon blacks characterized by CTAB equalling or exceeding 140 sq.m/g, CDBP equalling or exceeding 115 cu.cm/100 g, coloring index equalling or exceeding 135%, ΔD50 equalling or less than 50 nm, D equalling or less than 72 mm and absorption coefficient is equal to or more than 1.30 which impart to rubber mixes the first-class wear resistance of threads and resistance to abrasion. Carbon blacks are preferably characterized by N2SA equalling or exceeding 140 cu.cm/100 g. Also offered are rubber mixes containing carbon blacks which feature high resistance to abrasion and high wear resistance of tread under standard load levels. In addition, are offered rubber mixes containing carbon blacks which show high ratio of treat to hysteresis at load levels below those which are usually used in mixing of tire stock. All rubber mixes may additionally include silicon dioxide for improvement of road-holding capacity of tires. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 16 cl, 2 dwg, 13 tbl
