FIELD: rubber-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: described are rubber products having reduced gas permeability. Rubber product with internal sealing layer comprising natural-rubber and furnace black with I2N0 and dibytyl phthilamid absorption value from about 28 to about 65 cu.cm/100 g and rubber product comprising sealing layer which includes natural rubber and furnace black with I2N0 from about 8 to about 32 mg/g, dibytyl phthilamid absorption value from 28 to about 65 cu.cm/100 g and molar ratio from equal or greater than 1.25. Also described are rubber compositions having reduced gas permeability and comprising natural rubber and furnace black with I2N0 from about 12 to about 20 mg/g and dibytyl phthilamid absorption value from about 33 cu.cm/100 g. Rubber composition are useful as internal sealing layer for making internal chamber for tires, and diaphragm for vulcanization of pneumatic chambers. Rubber composition has permeability and heat conduction comparable with rubber composition containing thermal black, have superb Mooney viscosity, ultimate strength, module and tearing strength of notched sample at right angle.
