FIELD: transport engineering; internal combustion engines with shaped rotors. SUBSTANCE: rotary internal combustion engine has compressor chamber following shape of working chamber. Rotors of working chamber are installed coaxially with rotors of engine. Receiver with suction and pressure-relief valves is arranged over engine. Manifold is located above housing. Pressure-relief valve is installed in housing space. Fuel evaporator is located under exhaust manifold of working chamber. Air duct rounds side surface of housing. Rotors of engine and compressor are of same profile, with two and more blades, with clearance between blades and between blades and engine housing. Suction and pressure-relief valve of receiver are made in form of cylindrical housing with cover, movable cylinder and springs. Suction valve is provided with holes in lower part of cylindrical housing, and pressure-relief valve is provided with holes in upper part, and springs are arranged, respectively, under cover of housing and under movable cylinder. Engine control system has power control (accelerator) pedal, differential pressure gauge and two-way electromagnetic compressed air selector switch, all connected with electronic control unit. Power control pedal is connected with electronic counter and is made for choosing number of half-revolutions of rotor. Two-way electromagnetic selector switch is connected with receiver, its pressure-relief valve and atmosphere, and differential pressure gauge is connected with receiver and combustion chamber.
