FIELD: automotive industry; internal combustion engines with shaped rotors. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has additional combustion chamber made in form of stationary cylindrical housing with bottom and outlet holes in upper part, and movable cylinder with bottom arranged inside stationary cylindrical housing in tight contact with the latter. Movable cylinder is spring-loaded in bottom part for overlapping outlet holes of stationary cylindrical housing. Engine has also fuel and water fill nozzles, spark plug, combustion chamber gas pressure transmitter and differential pressure gauge for comparing pressures in combustion chamber and receiver. Compressor is additionally furnished with oil inlet and outlet and side exhaust pipes. Working chamber is furnished with water inlet and outlet and side preliminary exhaust pipes. Turbocompressor is installed at outlet manifold of compressor. Receiver housing, being combustion chamber cover, carries compressed air relief valve. Engine is furnished additional with receiver for storing high pressure exhaust gases and with vessel for storing liquid air and nitrogen. Control system of rotary internal combustion engine has additional two-way electromagnetic compressed air change-over switch and combustion chamber pressure transmitter, both being connected with electronic control unit. Additional two-way electromagnetic change-over switch is connected by pipes with stationary cylindrical housing of combustion chamber, receiver and atmosphere. EFFECT: provision of low-consumption pollution-free engine using nonorganic energy carriers (liquid air or nitrogen). 4 cl, 7 dwg
