SUBSTANCE: reservoir capacitor of given gear discharges through thyristor key and choke of voltage pulse former as well as through thyristor open in advance and coil by signal coming to controlling input of thyristor key from control unit. Voltage pulse former prevents operation of coils and thyristors under constant discharge voltage of reservoir capacitors excluding by this thermal processes in insulation of coils and thyristors leading to its puncture. EFFECT: increased operational efficiency thanks to blocking of leakage currents flowing from charger through thyristors. 1 dwg
