FIELD: railway transport; tank cars. SUBSTANCE: device has frame with fitted-in inductor in form of winding and magnetic circuit. Magnetic circuit is made of U-shaped packs enclosing the winding and installed for free reciprocation. Length of magnetic circuit poles does not exceed distance from working surface of device to surface of frame pointed to this working surface and cannot be smaller than this distance by value exceeding thickness of winding. frame is closed from side of working surface by protective non-current-carrying screen provided with holes whose number and arrangement correspond to number and arrangement of poles of magnetic circuit. Dimension of holes provided free passage of poles through these holes. EFFECT: facilitated mounting and displacing of device along tank barrel, prevention of mechanical damage of inductor winding main insulation and loss of mobility of magnetic circuit packs, reduced consumption of winding wire and mass of device. 2 dwg
