FIELD: handling works. SUBSTANCE: method involves opening discharge member and applying heating inductive device to lower part of rail tank car to provide low-temperature heating by commercial frequency current and vibration of rail tank car wall and thin layer of product adjoining this wall, with sliding of cold product over hot vibrating surface being used for discharge of product. Inductive heating device has frame, within which is positioned inductor in the form of winding and magnetic core, and heat shield. Magnetic core has ferromagnetic members embracing winding side and spring-biased with respect to frame for reciprocating and engagement of end poles with rail tank car wall. EFFECT: increased efficiency of discharge and enhanced reliability in operation of device. 3 cl, 2 dwg
