FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of synthesis of homopolymers and copolymers of ethylene exhibiting broad molecular-mass distribution. Polymerization is carried out in the presence of catalysts containing a reaction product of alkyl-Al compound and solid component of catalyst. The latter has titanium compound applied on magnesium halide in an active form and eliciting spheric morphology and special indices with respect to surface and porosity. Method ensures to obtain homogeneous products, especially in the case of very broad molecular-mass distribution. Polymer can be recycled among reactor also by the method proposed.
