SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding straw in disperser; squeezing out solid phase and introducing brewing pellets and nutrient mixture containing brewing yeast, residual protein, hopped brewing wort; sterilizing at temperature of 120 C in two stages: primary stage for 60-65 min and secondary stage for 40-45 min; inoculating mass of fungus (Pleuretus Ostreatus (Fr) Kummer) and cultivating for 7-9 days.
