FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to fodder production using brewing production wastes, in particular, brewer grains. The farm animals fodder includes a vegetal origin component and brewing production wastes in the form of brewer grains. The components are taken at the following ratio, wt %: brewer grains 8-17; vegetal origin component - balance. Additionally, the fodder may contain a sugar-containing component in the form of fodder beet or in the form of fodder molasses or a calcium-containing component in the form of chalk or lime. Raw brew grains addition in the said quantities into the fodder ration does not have pathogenic effect and does not cause pathological changes in the animal organism.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to reduce fodder preparation costs and increase farm animals live weight gain as well as enhance their productiveness.
