FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapy. A procedure implies as follows: a patient is laid on his/her back on an apparatus base. Patient's inguinal vessels are clamped until a popliteal pulse terminated for 1 minute. Then the vessels are relieved for 1 minutes; the procedure lasts for 2 minutes; total number of procedures per one therapeutic session is 15 for 30 minutes a day. During 1 week, the patient undergoes 1 session daily, 5 sessions a week; the therapeutic course makes 20 session during 4 weeks. The therapeutic course is repeated 3 months later.
EFFECT: method enables reducing frequency and length of angina attacks, decreasing blood pressure, as well as providing higher quality of life.
