SUBSTANCE: one should perform either manual or apparatus squeezing both femoral arteries under Poupart's ligament. Moreover, one should carry out per 4 seances daily, during the first 4-6 d each séance consists of 6 procedures at exposure being 30 sec - 3 min for each procedure. During the next 6-8 d it is necessary to conduct per 6 procedures/séance at exposure being 3 min, and at final stage each séance consists of 4 procedures at exposure of about 3-5 min, interval between procedures being about 1-2 min. The innovation enables to enhance circulation in lower urinary tract, stimulate blood formation, activate metabolic processes for better delivery of oxygen and medicinal preparations to prostate gland and urinary bladder.
