FIELD: medicine, in particular, reconstructive surgery of mammary gland. SUBSTANCE: plasty of mammary gland defect is effected with cutaneous-subcutaneous-fascial-muscular graft on the base of the broadest muscle of the back. Neurovascular fascicle is left intact. Graft is brought through tunnel onto thoracic wall. Preliminarily, graft is dissected from point of fastening to smaller tubercle of the humerus. Integrity of facial case of muscular part of graft is restored by interrupted sutures. Graft is rotated through 45 deg in frontal plane. EFFECT: prevention of graft atrophy and disease recurrence. 4 dwg
