A cutaneous part of a fragment with subcutaneous fiber is isolated in axillary are from anterior-axillary to posterior-axillary line. A muscular fragment from the broadest muscle of back is isolated subcutaneously up to subscupular line. EFFECT: higher cosmetic results.
