FIELD: reconstructive surgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting a graft out of greater omentum and bringing it into subcutaneous fat of front abdominal wall; separation of vascular crus and internal surface from aponeurosis with the help of PVC film. Then, in 10-15 days after fusion of graft and abdominal wall layers, a skin-subcutaneous-omentum graft is cut out on vascular crus and film is removed. Graft is brought to the defect of breast wall and layer fixing is performed above silicon prosthesis. EFFECT: reduced number of recurrences of disease due to provision of adequate trophicity of all other parts of transplant.
