FIELD: manufacture of building materials, in particular, concretes; may be used in manufacture of noise- and heat-insulating materials based on concrete. SUBSTANCE: to produce foam concrete, subject to mixing are binding and foaming agents in the form of product of interaction of cereal products, slaked lime and water in the presence of air. Cereal products-slaked lime-water ratio is 2:1:3. Interaction of the products is effected at temperature from 20 to 35 C for at least one day. Foaming agent is introduced in the form of paste or solution. In so doing, introduced into mixture are sand and/or fillers. Binding agent is introduced into solution of foaming agent.
