FIELD: food production technology. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for extracting fatty and essential oils and also flavoring-aromatic substances from vegetation raw materials. Device has extractor with power-driven mixer. Attached to mixer blades as cantilevers are rectangular flexible strips which create ultrasonic oscillations in mixture subjected to extraction. Also provided are vaporizer and condenser as well as facility for delivery of liquified gas, and collector of extract. All aforesaid components of device are combined by pipelines into closed system. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device ensures intensified process of extraction and increased yield of extracted substances. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
