FIELD: wine making and juice production. SUBSTANCE: the offered plant has means for supply of nonpolar extracting agent and raw materials, mixer, microwave applicator, extractor, separator, evaporator, condenser connected with mixer, and vessel for collection of solvent cake. Extractor is made in form of radioparent body installed in housing on hollow horizontal drive shaft with holes to form annular chamber of radioparent drum with perforation in form of supersonic nozzles. Swirlers are installed at inlets of nozzles. Mixer is connected with extractor through hollow shaft. Evaporator is additionally connected with extractor annular chamber and microwave applicator is installed in extractor body. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
