SUBSTANCE: delay circuit has reference clock signal supply unit that feeds sync signal as reference clock signal to different parts, page data transmission panel placed inside paging system for page data reception and transmission in step with reference clock signal supplied from respective unit, transmission line and transmission device mounted between base station and page data transmission panel for transmitting page data to base station, and transmitters for receiving page data conveyed through transmission line and transmission device, as well as for external transmission of page data in step with reference clock signal generated in respective unit.
