FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: dough divider has rotating chamber, pumps moving in radial directions within rotating chamber, feeding hopper, and dividing drum with drive piston. Cutting plate is disposed between dividing drum and feeding hopper and is rigidly connected with the latter. Piston drive is formed as crank drive and cam fixed on wheel side surface. Piston lowering mechanism has two similar levers mounted on single spindle in symmetry with respect to piston with stem. Levers are arranged so that one of levers is engageable with cam of crank drive and both levers are simultaneously rotated about common spindle. Dough dose weight regulating mechanism has two similar cams positioned in symmetry with respect to piston with stem. Each cam has two parts joined so as to change cam profile. Stem is connected with lever spindle mid portion. Four rollers are mounted on spindle, two rollers being mounted for movement over lever profiled surface and two other rollers - for movement over profiled surface of cams of dough dose weight regulating mechanism.
