FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has block of dough-kneading hoppers, drive and screw press positioned in housing. Shafts with working members are mounted inside hoppers. Block of dough-kneading hoppers has vertical axially mounted lower hopper and two upper hoppers arranged in symmetry with respect to block axis. Upper hoppers are equipped with shutters positioned between hoppers and shafts arranged in parallel one with the other and rotating in opposite directions. Shutter of each of upper hoppers is mounted so as to be opened after termination of kneading process in upper hopper and reducing of volume of dough in lower hopper. Working members in upper dough-kneading hoppers are made in the form of fingers, in lower dough-kneading hopper in the form of blades, and in discharge zone in the form of fingers. Knives are secured to ends of hopper shafts which are biased at one side with pressure members having blind nut. These sides of shafts are made spherical.
