FIELD: medical engineering; operations on gastroenteric tract. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing with handle and guide tube. Threaded pusher provided with longitudinal groove in its tail part is positioned inside housing and guide tube. Threaded pusher is moved by means of sliding nut contacting the pusher and housing. Circular groove is provided on nut surface. Working head made in the form of two interconnected rings is secured on vacant end of guide tube by means of coupling and clamp mounted in it. Bases of rings are provided with guides including pins which enter L-shaped grooved of common bushing. Titanium-nickelide spring secured in bases of rings by means of lock washers with sector recess is positioned inside guides and common bushing. Lock nut provided with circular groove on internal end is secured by means of threaded connection in base of one ring Nut with projections on internal diameter is also fastened by threaded connection in base of the other ring. Threaded pusher is mounted for stabilization by stop screw which operating end enters longitudinal groove of threaded pusher.
