FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: major pancreatic duct is cannulated. A tube is fixed with a P-shaped suture in a duct. Pancreatic stump is passed through mesenteric opening in small intestine. Intestinal ansa is sutured to glandular capsule along the stump's perimeter by a two- row suture. Moreover, a coupling is formed by using a small intestine around the gland. A tube is introduced into abducting intestinal elbow through a puncture. A tube is fixed to the intestine with the ends of ligatures of P-shaped suture. Abducting and adducting elbows are sutured together above glandular stump. The method decreases the risk of pancreonecrosis and anastomosis failure. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 4 dwg
