FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with operations upon large intestine. One should dissect serous-muscular intestinal membranes being orally and aborally against pathological focus. Affected area should be removed. Deserosed intestinal ends should be centralized. One should introduce nickelide-titanium-made device in the form of three coils through stump's puncture. Compression power between coils corresponds to 600-800 g/sq. mm. Ligated stumps are pinched in the center of compression device. Lumen of anastomosis is restored by dissection of pinched tissues. Punctures should be sutured. The method enables to modify the quality of terminal anastomosis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 17 dwg, 1 ex
