FIELD: packing of liquids. SUBSTANCE: moulded cork has thermoplastic elastomer and foaming substance. Proposed cork is suitable for use as synthetic cork for wine bottle. It prevents getting of oxygen from ambient atmosphere into bottle and absorbs oxygen from bottle content. Cork can be extracted from bottle by corkscrew without considerable expansion, crumpling or breaking not to spoil liquid in bottle. Bottle can be placed in horizontal position immediately after fitting the moulded cork and can preserve imprint on its surface constantly.
