METHOD OF COMPLETING BEARINGS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: automatic completing of bearing races with parts. SUBSTANCE: selection of required combination of races is effected through successive cross scanning of dimensional groups of races and solids of revolution located at completing positions; then static analysis sizes of races is conducted for determination of conditions of completing the bearings with required parts, after which required races are delivered to completing positions. Rings whose sizes do not satisfy conditions of completing are sent for repeated completing only after selection of solids of revolution according to their sizes taking account results of static analysis. EFFECT: increased productivity; facilitated procedure of completing bearings with required parts. 2 cl, 1 dwg
