SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes slide mounted on frame and being in the form of table mounted in guides of frame at side of die with possibility of reciprocation motion, die and upper working tool mounted in carrier and driven by means of sphere-moving mechanism. Said mechanism includes axle with plate on its end. Plate has curvilinear supporting surface.
