Said device has set of information rings, each of which is mounted for independent rotation but is kept in specific position in space with respect to another ring. Each information ring has set of segments, each of which has index corresponding to integer. When rings are turned so that segments are arranged in active line according some encoding system, segments represent relation between integers. Each segment within range of active line may be triggered for generation of sound or video signal.
